• Leading the social media development team in delivering the most advanced social media management program and capabilities in Telco in the middle east with partnership with Sprinklr
• Social Media selection, enablement and implementation using the world best practices lasted for almost 8 months to deliver one of the most advanced social media platforms in the Middle East
• Leading a team of business and system analysts to analyze and assess marketing requirement for transforming Etisalat into a leading digital operator
• Overseeing the development of the web portals and mobile applications that Etisalat delivers
• Worked with Etisalat UAE in consulting project on how to transform their social media operations using the best practices and methodologies
• Assisted in major digital transformations in Etisalat, like Emerald line to be the first fully digitized rate plan in Egypt and management through digital channels

• System analysis and business analysis including driving the business to have more products and services on the portal of etisalat based on the new technologies and new trends found in the market which is researched or obtained by the team
• Deep knowledge of etisalat portal structure, deployment strategies, content caching and content delivery with the aid of a deep network understanding to better serve the customer in lower response with more than 3+ years’ experience in this area.
• Extensive research of new techniques and technologies to be able to serve the customer better and also with the growing needs of the business
• Deep understanding of the assessment and technical feasibility studies in Telco especially in the portal domain with the aid of technology and availed resources
• Review the system stability and performance by making clear KPIs for reporting each module to identify any ways of improvement

• Worked on developing a huge project for Dubai Land Department which I stayed in Dubai for 2 years and worked on the client side to deliver this project
• Developed a part of Gulf Air website, which handles managing the booking for their clients using Sabre services
• The project is the makeover of Dubai Land Department system which regulates the properties transactions in Dubai.
• The project handles 1.6 billion AED yearly with a customer base of around 400,000 Emirate Citizen and Foreigners in Dubai.
• Worked intensively with WCF, Windows Workflows, Office SharePoint Server to develop intranet and extra-net portals
• Worked on Microsoft Reporting Services to deliver on daily basis reports for the whole system

Responsibilities and experiences included:

• Gaining knowledge in broadcasting systems’ technologies and techniques including digital broadcasting, High Definition broadcasting, and virtual sets.
• Working with broadcasted channels that have their content constantly on air gave me the opportunity to work under stress and asses, troubleshoot systems at run-time without disturbing the work flow.
• Acquiring new techniques in 3D graphics, modeling and rendering.
• Enhancing my skills in programming with C# and python since Brainstorm Middle East develops mini-applications to support the Brainstorm Suite and act as middle-ware for the Arabization purposes.
